Three Flexible Services:

You package the Tour:
You send us your own completed Video Tour on MiniDV videotape or MPEG-4 format.  We will post and host the video on our site for a year.  This is an excellent option for  DIYers who are competent with a camera. 
The cost-per-minute of finished video is $49.00.

 

We package the Tour:
You send us up to 30-minutes of raw, undamaged MiniDV or DVD video to organize and edit into a Tour that will not exceed two-minutes in length.  Some realtors and By-Owners may find this option useful. If you want our narration service, you must also send us the information to go along with the Tour.  Of course, you can send your own voice track as well. We will “dress” the feature up with various and appropriate transitional effects using our editing software.  We will host and post for a year on our site and give you the link and formatted video for your own use.  Tapes and discs deemed “unusable” will be returned with your payment minus a small shipping fee.  Please read the tips for good video quality.
The cost for this service is:
$125.00 for Video Tour (two-minute max) without narration and/or music.
$200.00 for Video Tour (two-minute max) with narration and/or music. 

 

We Shoot On-Site: (Pardon the pun.)
Right now, this feature is limited to Georgia and the Southeast.  We will shoot the Video Tour for you, using our equipment.  This choice may be best for people with businesses, apartment buildings, condos, small or large organizations, and showcase homes to sell or rent.  Typically the feature will run anywhere from 1-3 minutes.  We will post and host for a year on our site and provide you with both the raw and finished tapes and formatted videos.  Transportation costs will apply outside Metropolitan Atlanta.
Prices for these shoots start at $200.00.
