You send us your pre-produced spot for hosting. We will create a basic webpage for you. We can add links, pictures, logos, phone numbers, etc. If you don't already have a webpage, NOW YOU DO!

This is the one we recommend.*

It's inexpensive and lets you control the final product. The spot cannot exceed sixty seconds or two megabytes of memory when the video is converted to a QuickTime or other MPEG-4 file.

Just send us your QuickTime or other MPEG-4 file via email to TakeTheVideoTour.com. Or send the actual Mini-DV tape or DVD through the regular mail.

We will host it for ONE YEAR, send you our signage (optional), and post a link on our website to yours.

Package Number Two.*

You send us the raw videotape in Mini-DV or DVD format, along with the information about your home, business, or other enterprise, and we'll produce the spot for hosting.

We will host it for ONE YEAR and send you our signage, (optional).

Package Number Three.

We shoot and produce the spot for hosting.

Depending on the scope of the project, this can be cost prohibitive for some. For this reason, it is not recommended for the average Home Tour. However, showcase homes and businesses may very well profit from a professionally produced presentation.

Because of the many variables involved, pricing on this package must be discussed beforehand on an individual basis.

We do not warrant the accuracy of the Tours. Please use your best judgement and common sense when viewing.

We can update the status of your Tour at your request, (i.e. sold, under contract, etc.)

We may, at our discretion, use your Tour as a Sample if it is particularly well done, at no extra cost to you.

Presently, there is a limit of 5,000 page views/month for each Tour. You are free to increase this limit if necessary for an additional fee.

If for some reason we are unable to post your Tour, your money will be refunded (minus the shipping fees.)

We adhere to a strict code of family values. No obscene pictures or language will be allowed on this site.

*Tapes will be returned with the TakeTheVideoTour® signage.

**Shipping outside the U.S. may cost more.

***Videos are priced at one minute, two-megabite maximums. Longer videos will be priced in these increments.
